"Workin' 9 to 5,
What a way to make a livin'
Barely gettin' by
It's all takin' and no givin'
They just use your mind
And they never give you credit
It's enough to drive you crazy
If you let it...
They got you where they want you
There's a better life...
And you dream about it, don't you
It's a rich man's game
No matter what they call it." Dolly Parton
"Rule No.1: Never lose money. Rule No.2: Never forget rule No.1." Waren Buffett

If you're going to be an entrepreneur, your going to have to make some critical choices, some obvious, and some not. You will have to choose between conductingyour business alone, or with others. Do you need someone else's expertise? Can you bear working shoulder to shoulder with that person? Even if you've decided to work alone, you still have to choose between conducting your business as (1) a corporation, or (2) a limited liability company, or (3) a sole proprietorship- i.e., as an individual. If you don't answer this question by formally forming a corporation or limited liability companyand registering it with the state, New Hampshire will be happy to answer the question for you.In other words, if you decide to work alone and don't bother to incorporate or form a limited liability company, the law willhe knew to be acting as a sole partner. Similarly, if you decide to work with others and don't bother to incorporate, the law will deem you to be partners. Like a baby, neither a corporation nor a limited liability company, comes into existence on its own. You have to take deliberate, well establishedlegal steps to create one.
