PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Timothy Wheelock, Esq. is an attorney practicing civil law in Portsmouth, N. H.. His areas of practice include personal injury, family law, estate planning, bankruptcy, civil trials and litigation.
Mr. Wheelock has been awarded a Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory BV® Distinguished™ 1. peer review rating.
Timothy Wheelock is trained and currently serving as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem, an advocate for children and incapacitated adults, certified by the New Hampshire Guardian ad Litem Board, in the District, Superior, Probate and Family Courts.

Attorney Wheelock is licensed to practice before all New Hampshire courts, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States Federal District Court of New Hampshire. He is a current Member in good standing of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association For Justice.
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES:
Timothy Wheelock was elected for a two-year term as a Selectmen in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Ward 2 in November 1995. He was reelected for a second two-year term as a Selectmen in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Ward 2 in November 1997 and remains active in local community activites. He was first appointed by the Executive Council to the Compensation Appeals Board in 1997 and is currently serving his fourth full term in that capacity
EDUCATION
Mr. Wheelock is a graduate of the UNIVERSITY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE and SUFFOLK UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL.
PRIOR EXPEREINCE
Prior to starting his present firm Mr. Wheelock was a partner in a law firm in Portsmouth, New Hampshire where he engaged in the general practice of law with a concentration in personal injury, workers' compensation and family law. Mr. Wheelock was also previously licensed as a New Hampshire Insurance Adjuster for Life, Accident & Health, Property & Liability.
